What to upload
Provide the relevant plan or a clear dimensioned sketch, photographs showing the affected structure and its supports, and the principal spans, opening widths, wall thicknesses and storeys above where known.
Scope review comes first
The online price applies only when the project fits the stated conventional domestic scope. Uncertain load paths, unusual construction, significant temporary works or wider alterations may require a different quotation or remote information review.
